Fix your lead sheetbefore you upload it.
Open your lead sheet (CSV or Excel) and this cleaner checks what every column actually holds, not just what its header says. It reformats phone numbers to 10 digits, turns states into 2-letter codes, splits full names, fixes ALL CAPS, removes duplicates and lists rows that cannot be dialed. Download a clean CSV. The file never leaves your browser.
| Your header | Sample values | Use it as |
|---|---|---|
| FIRST NAME | Sam T. Example · JORDAN SAMPLE · Avery Placeholder | |
| Last name | veteran · veteran · spouse_of_veteran The header says "Last name", but the values look different (veteran, veteran, spouse_of_veteran). Mapped by what the column actually holds. | |
| 74 · 87 · 62 The header says "Email", but the values look different (74, 87, 62). Mapped by what the column actually holds. | ||
| phone_number | p:+12145550101 · p:+13175550102 · p:+14175550103 | |
| state | TX · Indiana · m0 |
Headers DialerSeat recognises, 10-digit phones, 2-letter states, and no commas or quotes inside cells, which would shift columns on import.
| first_name | last_name | phone | state | field_2 | age | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sam | T. Example | 2145550101 | TX | veteran | 74 | |
| Jordan | Sample | 3175550102 | IN | veteran | 87 | |
| Avery | Placeholder | 4175550103 | MO | spouse_of_veteran | 62 | |
| Riley | Testcase | 2075550104 | ME | spouse_of_veteran | 82 | |
| Casey | Demo | 9735550105 | NJ | widow_of_veteran | 92 | |
| Morgan | Fictional | 8085550106 | HI | veteran | 70 | |
| Taylor | Sue Example | 9185550107 | OK | spouse_of_veteran | 69 years old |
| Row 10 | 555-0108 | Removed: Wrong number of digits |
| Row 7 | 8085550106 | State "Yes" not readable: used the area code's state (HI) |
What it fixes: headers DialerSeat doesn't recognise, columns whose header doesn't match what's in them, phone numbers with prefixes or punctuation (p:+1, (555), dots, dashes, extensions), states typed as names, abbreviations or inside an address, full names in one column, ALL CAPS names, duplicate numbers, and commas or quotes inside cells. Anything else in your sheet is kept as its own column and shows on the lead.
Questions people ask
Why did my leads import without names?
Usually the headers. An importer matches column names exactly, so "FIRST NAME" or "Last name" can be ignored even though the data is there. This cleaner renames columns to first_name, last_name, phone, email and state, which every import reads.
What happens to the p:+1 in front of my phone numbers?
It is removed. Facebook lead ads export phones as p:+15555550100; the cleaner keeps the 10 digits and drops the label and country code, so the number reads the same everywhere.
My state column is a mess. What does it do?
It reads full names, abbreviations, typos like m0 for MO, and states buried in an address, and turns each into a 2-letter code. When nothing readable is there, it can fill the state from the phone’s area code and tells you which rows it did that for.
Is my lead list uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read and fixed inside your browser tab. Open your browser’s network tab while you use it and you will see no requests carrying your data.
The output is the format DialerSeat imports, column for column. $35 a week per seat, every dialing mode included.
