# What a five-agent dialer floor actually costs

Seat minimums, contract terms, and what it takes to add the sixth agent, across every major outbound dialer. Other vendors' figures are summarised from their public materials and change without notice.

### DialerSeat
- Smallest team: One seat
- Adding one more agent: Send a join code. The seat is live the moment they accept, and the owner chooses who pays.
- Five agents: $175/week in seats plus $75/week for the Manager+ owner: all four dialer modes included, no contract. Seats bill from the day they open.

### ReadyMode
- Smallest team: Quoted per deployment
- Adding one more agent: Contact the vendor; setup fee applies before the first call
- Five agents: Quoted, plus a $500-$2,000 setup fee

### Mojo Dialer
- Smallest team: One agent
- Adding one more agent: Add an Agent Access licence, roughly $10/month, plus that agent's dialer plan
- Five agents: Dialer plans plus ~$10/agent, before lead-data add-ons

### PhoneBurner
- Smallest team: One user
- Adding one more agent: Add a paid user at the standard per-seat monthly rate
- Five agents: Five per-seat monthly licences

### Five9
- Smallest team: Enterprise-scale
- Adding one more agent: A sales conversation and a revised contract
- Five agents: Not published; quotes commonly land at $175+ per seat per month

### Convoso
- Smallest team: Seat minimum applies
- Adding one more agent: Renegotiate the quote; usage billing changes with volume
- Five agents: Custom quote, usage-billed

### BatchDialer
- Smallest team: One seat
- Adding one more agent: Add a seat at the prepay or month-to-month rate
- Five agents: ~$475 on annual prepay, or roughly $595-$1,245 month to month

- Five agents: ~$1,250/month, billed annually

### JustCall
- Smallest team: Two seats
- Adding one more agent: Add a user on the Pro tier or above

### CloudTalk
- Smallest team: One seat
- Adding one more agent: Add a seat, plus the dialer add-on per seat
- Five agents: $95 in seats plus $75-$195 in dialer add-ons

### Aircall
- Smallest team: Three licences
- Adding one more agent: Add a licence on Professional to keep the Power Dialer
- Five agents: $250/month on Professional

### VICIdial
- Smallest team: One server, however many agents it holds
- Adding one more agent: Free in licence terms, add a user in the admin panel. The real limit is server capacity and trunk concurrency, which you plan and pay for yourself.
- Five agents: No licence cost. In practice a server, SIP trunking and someone who can run it, which is why published TCO starts around $130/agent/month.

### CallTools
- Smallest team: Quoted per deployment
- Adding one more agent: Contact the vendor to add a licence
- Five agents: Roughly $510-$600/month in seats at published rates, before setup and integration fees

### DialedIn
- Smallest team: One user
- Adding one more agent: Add a user licence at the tier you are on
- Five agents: From roughly $445/month at the published entry rate

### smrtPhone
- Smallest team: One subscription plus one dialer seat
- Adding one more agent: Add a smrtDialer seat to the subscription, then fund credits for their call time
- Five agents: Subscription plus roughly $210-$375/month in dialer seats, before per-minute credits

### Aloware
- Smallest team: One user
- Adding one more agent: Add a user at your tier
- Five agents: From roughly $150/month at the entry tier, more once outbound features are needed

## Beyond price
- Two agents are never handed the same lead. Leads are claimed atomically in the database before they are dialed, so a shared campaign cannot produce duplicate calls to the same person.
- A claim is a lease, not a lock. It is renewed while the agent is live and released automatically if their browser closes mid-call, so a crashed session never strands a lead.
- Leads that are worked and not closed rotate to the back of the queue rather than disappearing, so the floor works a list evenly instead of racing the top of it.
- TCPA calling windows are enforced per lead against the lead’s own state, not the agent’s, which is what makes a remote or offshore agent safe to run.
- Each agent dials from the shared number pool with per-number daily caps and answer-rate tracking, so a floor cannot burn one caller ID.

## What DialerSeat does not do for teams
- No live call monitoring: listen, whisper, and barge are not built.
- No call scoring or QA workflow.
- No workforce management, shift scheduling, or forecasting.
- No built-in lead marketplace, the team brings its own lists.
