# Running a dialer with offshore or remote agents

Most teams never build an offshore floor because the dialer costs more per seat than the agent costs per hour. That is a pricing problem, not a technical one.

## The arithmetic
- A ten-agent floor is $350/week in seats on DialerSeat, plus $75/week for the Manager+ owner.
- The same ten seats at $250/user/month is roughly $2,500/month, usually on an annual commitment.

## What carries over the border
- Agents can work from anywhere with a browser and an internet connection. There is no per-country restriction and no separate international seat price.
- A US account dialing US leads works the same whether the agent is in Ohio or Manila.
- Calling windows follow the lead, so an agent in another timezone cannot accidentally dial outside a prospect’s legal window.
- Seats are the same $35 per week regardless of where the agent sits, which is what makes an offshore floor economic at all.

## What to test first
- Audio quality depends on the agent's own connection, not the platform. Put one agent on real calls for a day before hiring five.

## Compliance does not move offshore
- TCPA and DNC obligations attach to the business placing the calls, not to where the agent sits.
- Calling windows are enforced per lead state, so an agent in another timezone cannot dial outside a prospect's legal window.
- National DNC scrubbing and consent records remain the customer's responsibility.
